As a Guest Services Representative, you won’t just work the front desk — you can lead the shift, solve problems in real time, and help create memorable experiences across SROA’s beautiful recreational facilities. What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to members, owners, and guests
•  Take on shift lead responsibilities and provide guidance to Tier 1 and Tier 2 staff
• Open and close facilities independently, ensuring safety and operational readiness
• Process memberships, admissions, reservations, and financial transactions
• Handle escalated guest concerns professionally and confidently
• Support tournaments, events, and recreational programs
• Reconcile daily financial reports and assist with audits
• Help train and mentor part-time and seasonal team members

This role requires independent judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a positive guest experience even during high-volume periods.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, recreation, or a related field
• Prior lead, shift supervisor, or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong cash-handling and financial accountability skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable enforcing policies in a professional and respectful manner

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills are a must. High energy level and self-confidence, good computer skills and the ability to multi-task are important. Previous cash handling experience highly recommended.
