As a Brand Ambassador, you’re representing Deschutes’ portfolio of brands at local events and in the community. You’ll spark awareness, drive trial, and turn our community into fans – through events, in-store activations, and samplings. The Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of local events throughout the peak season. The Brand Ambassador will work with local partners to assist with set-up, staging, and tear-down of the assigned events.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a memorable experience by representing the brand(s) at events, in-store or at samplings.
• Show up on-brand, professional and responsible at all times.
• Execute event set-up and tear-down safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to and educate volunteers on brand standards.
• Effectively work with local partners to execute exceptional event experiences.
• Transport event assets to and from events.
• Organize and inventory marketing assets.
• Post-event tracking (i.e. samples distributed, feedback).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must follow and adhere to all Deschutes Brewery company policies and procedures.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are 21+ and legally able to promote alcohol
• Have exceptional public speaking and customer service (brand ambassador) skills
• Have a very positive, upbeat attitude
• Can complete duties independently with minimal supervision
• Have effective communication skills both verbally and written.
• Are a quick learner in a fast-paced environment, must be a self-starter
• Can thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Can follow brand guidelines and represent responsibly
• Have reliable transportation and daily access to a computer/phone with email access
• Have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
