What You’ll Do:

The HR & Office Coordinator supports both employee lifecycle processes and day-to-day officeoperations. This role is equally focused on HR coordination and office/facilities support, ensuring employees have what they need to succeed and the workplace runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and comfortable balancing people-focused work with hands-on operational tasks.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

  • Manage onboarding of new team members, including paperwork, system access, device setup, and new hire orientation
  • Coordinate offboarding of exiting team members
  • Assist with benefits administration and support open enrollment activities
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies and procedures
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job fairs and attending interviews
  • Assist with maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events
  • Support building access needs, including lockbox setup and staff access coordination
  • Perform general building cleanup and organization inside and outside the facility
  • Coordinate with cleaning vendors and address facility-related issues
  • Work closely with the Fleet & Facilities Coordinator to schedule vehicle repairs, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Assist with setup, assignment, and basic troubleshooting of phones, tablets, and office devices
  • Order office supplies and uniforms as needed and coordinate with Unifirst
  • Maintain and update the monthly announcement board
  • Support general office organization and day-to-day operational needs

What We’d Like You to Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
  • At least one year of HR experience or demonstrated knowledge of HR practices is preferred.
  • At least one year of administrative or office support experience is preferred.
