Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead the management, development, and growth of our prevention programs across Oregon. This role will be instrumental in driving the strategic vision of our initiatives while ensuring their effective implementation and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teens Against Trafficking Program Management and Development: Oversee the entire lifecycle of prevention programs, from conceptualization to execution. This includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative strategies to enhance program effectiveness and outreach in the PNW region.
- Recruitment and Retention: Develop and execute strategies to recruit and retain constituents and volunteers who are essential to the success of our program operations. This will involve building strong relationships within local communities and fostering a culture of engagement and support.
- Coordination of School Programs: Take the lead in coordinating educational programs within schools, ensuring alignment with our mission and objectives. This includes collaborating with educators and administrators to facilitate program delivery and enhance student engagement according to ODOE standards.
- Curriculum Development: Oversee the development of comprehensive and effective curricula tailored to the needs of our target audiences. Ensure that all materials are relevant, age-appropriate, and designed to resonate with students and educators alike.
- Program Evaluation and Development: Continuously evaluate existing programming to assess its impact on vulnerable communities and youth. Utilize data-driven insights to refine and expand our initiatives, ensuring that we effectively address the unique needs of local populations.
- Community Engagement: We will actively engage with community stakeholders, including local organizations, schools, and advocacy groups, to build partnerships that enhance our program’s reach and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of program management, and a commitment to serving vulnerable communities through education. Experience in educational program development and community outreach is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in the area of education, nonprofit management, communication, sales, or marketing.
- Two years+ experience in nonprofit, education, or human trafficking services preferred

Salary Range
$55,000 – 65,000+ based on experience
