POSITION SUMMARY

A Construction Scheduler’s position includes working closely with the management and sales/estimating team on project timelines. This position coordinates the schedule of all projects. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Understand the project scope and requirements
  • Create and maintain detailed schedules for many projects at once, at various stages
  • Allocate resources and contract requirements
  • Identify potential areas that could impact the project timeline and develop contingency plans
  • Monitor progress of activities and update schedules as needed
  • Work closely with the team to bring projects to completion in an efficient manner
  • Maintain a high regard for safety for employees and general public
  • All other duties assigned

This is a full-time position  will include occasional weekends.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience with construction management or an equivalent combination of education and training preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service
  • Have strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Able to work independently and interact with all levels of personnel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid driver’s license
