In Home Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in the Bend/Redmond/Prineville and surrounding areas to help clients make progress toward their goals.

Job Duties and Clients’ Support Needs

• Work 1-on-1 with clients on a consistent schedule at their home and in their community
• Full and Partial assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor clients for safety
• Plan and organize daily tasks
• Provide support (including positive behavior supports) in accordance with a written service plan to help clients reach their goals
• Document services and report to supervisor weekly

• Minimum Qualifications

Are you at least 18 years of age
Do you have a high school diploma
Do you have experience working with clients who exhibit higher behavioral needs (e.g., physical aggression, verbal outbursts, self-injury, or property destruction)? (Personal or Professional)
