POSITION SUMMARY:
This position works closely with the Pricing Supervisor and Pricing Lead to oversee pricing programs and data entry while providing support to other Pricing and Purchasing department staff.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
50% Multiple system maintenance, including data quality, governance, documentation, SKU lifecycle, compliance, classification, usage, and support. Heavy data entry.
40% Using various resources (Oracle, Excel, Google, Customer First, Vast Online) download and develop reports; maintain NetSuite dropship table.
10% Assist with other miscellaneous administrative duties and provide support to other team members by fulfilling requests in a timely manner.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Educational/Experience Requirements: High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Understanding of market trends, retail price points, product screen development and profit analysis helpful. Pricing and reporting experience. General understanding of Tire and Auto Parts industry and model.
Required Technical Skills/Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and mathematics. Microsoft Excel expertise required. Ability to analyze and validate information. Strong abilities using Google applications are also required.
General Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to function in a fast paced, rapidly changing and deadline-driven environment. Applicants must be self-motivated, a team player, have good organizational and prioritization skills, good communication skills and be detail oriented. Use of keyboard and internet. Must be able to multitask with incredible accuracy.
Work Environment: Fast paced office environment, telephone and long periods of computer use.
