Job Summary: 

Partnering with Hiring Managers and the HR Management team, the Recruiter will be responsible for identifying multi-level talent, maintaining proactive sourcing activities and ensuring qualified and diverse applicant pools are found and presented.

Essential Responsibilities/Activities:

• Identifying, recruiting and working as a strategic partner to retain top professional and production talent.
• Researching, sourcing, screening and referring qualified applicants to company hiring personnel for interview
• Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for each of the positions.
• Leveraging internal and external market data to drive, streamline, update and improve candidate experience
• Using LinkedIn and other digital recruitment sources
• Identifying, sourcing and attracting top talent to build a robust candidate pipeline with industry or related experience to fill openings
• Proactively networking to engage and establish relationships with key industry contacts and professional groups
• Attending career fairs and other hiring events
• Recommending and participating in a variety of Talent Acquisition events
• Partnering with colleges and trade schools
• Cross-training with the HR team is required in all HR subject matters
• Processing all new team members’ documentation and verification
• Processing new employees’ data entry

Desired Skills:

• Experienced in behavioral based interviewing, pre-employment testing, and other innovative selection methods
• Proven experience in full cycle technical recruiting in a manufacturing environment
• Fluent in Spanish highly preferred 
• Effective communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
• Experience in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment
