Job Summary:
Partnering with Hiring Managers and the HR Management team, the Recruiter will be responsible for identifying multi-level talent, maintaining proactive sourcing activities and ensuring qualified and diverse applicant pools are found and presented.
Essential Responsibilities/Activities:
- Identifying, recruiting and working as a strategic partner to retain top professional and production talent.
- Researching, sourcing, screening and referring qualified applicants to company hiring personnel for interview
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for each of the positions.
- Leveraging internal and external market data to drive, streamline, update and improve candidate experience
- Using LinkedIn and other digital recruitment sources
- Identifying, sourcing and attracting top talent to build a robust candidate pipeline with industry or related experience to fill openings
- Proactively networking to engage and establish relationships with key industry contacts and professional groups
- Attending career fairs and other hiring events
- Recommending and participating in a variety of Talent Acquisition events
- Partnering with colleges and trade schools
- Cross-training with the HR team is required in all HR subject matters
- Processing all new team members’ documentation and verification
- Processing new employees’ data entry
Qualifications
Desired Skills:
- Experienced in behavioral based interviewing, pre-employment testing, and other innovative selection methods
- Proven experience in full cycle technical recruiting in a manufacturing environment
- Fluent in Spanish highly preferred
- Effective communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Experience in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment
