EP Climbing is seeking a detail-oriented Project & Purchasing Coordinator to support administrative, purchasing, and order-processing activities for climbing wall projects, service contracts, and retail orders.

Purchasing Manager

This role provides strategic direction for all purchasing activities to ensure materials are available to support production and shipping schedules while balancing cost, quality, service, and risk.

Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator

This inventory & purchasing coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing activities during the purchasing and inventory control process such as ordering parts, submitting warranty requests, shipping and receiving and ensuring that invoices and credits are completed and submitted to accounts payable daily.

Procurement Manager

The Manager of Procurement executes procurement transactions, plans, prioritizes, assigns, supervises and reviews work of staff responsible for procurement including technical and specialized procurement of supplies, equipment, and services within their assigned region.

Central Services Procurement Coordinator

The Central Services Procurement Coordinator is a vital support role for Central Services departments, providing quick and efficient assistance related to purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and budget tracking.

Purchasing Manager

The Purchasing Manager is a technical lead in the Purchasing Department, responsible for overseeing procurement activities related to day-to-day vendor management, operational issue resolution, and cross-functional support.

Bookstore Food Buyer/Retail Specialist

The position is responsible for the efficient operation of food purchasing, food inventory and bookstore cashiering. This position also covers the Mail and Receiving Clerk position, when needed.

Inventory Coordinator

The primary responsibility of the Inventory Coordinator is to manage and control all elements of the store inventory.
