Marketing Assistant – Creative Services

The Assistant will answer the majority of the communications that come into the Marketing Department. They will manage Graphic job projects and deadlines and vendor orders.

Advancement Coordinator

The majority of the role is dedicated to philanthropic efforts, community engagement, and events, while roughly a third of the role supports marketing, communications, and administration.

Digital Marketer

Program and manage digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and others.

Project Manager – Communications

Develop, execute and manage company marketing projects. Responsible for end to end execution from the request stage through creative implementation across various communication channels.

Pricing Assistant

This position works closely with the Pricing Supervisor and Pricing Lead to oversee pricing programs and data entry while providing support to other Pricing and Purchasing department staff.

Marketing Coordinator

In person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation. 

PR & Brand Communications Specialist

The PR & Brand Comms Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Director and PR agency to plan, execute, and supervise public relations and engagement programs that support our brand initiatives, marketing strategies and product launches

Graphic & Production Designer

Complete a variety of creative projects (i.e. retail signage, print & digital assets, Sales tools, tradeshow booth design, collateral, icon development, photo retouching, packaging, and presentations) and coordinate the design, layout, formatting and production of these materials.

Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing various campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Update information and produce content across all digital channels including: website, chatbot, mobile app, emails + CRM, online reviews, digital screens, and social media.
