Program Coordinator

Reporting to the Building Safety Program Manager, the Program Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations for assigned functions within a program or programs, including establishing and implementing procedures and continuous improvement efforts.

Groundskeeper

Maintains the grounds of the St. Charles Health System buildings/campuses. This position does not directly manage any other caregivers.

Facilities Manager

This role involves leading a team of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure the museum’s facilities are well-maintained and meet operational needs.

Maintenance Technician

This individual performs a variety of maintenance trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment, HVAC, Painting, wall repair, tile work and upkeep of the preventative maintenance program of the resort/hotel. 

Facilities Operations Manager

The Facilities Department is responsible for the maintenance, repair, remodel, construction, and custodial services for all county-owned and/or operated facilities.

Recreation Facilities Specialist

The Recreation Facilities Specialist 2 is responsible for assisting the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor by leading projects and/or staff and performing skilled facility maintenance and construction trades on work assignments and projects.   

Event Setup/Grounds Specialist

Works with Grounds Lead to schedule and facilitate Grounds or other Campus Services staff to assist as needed with event-related setup and teardown. Provides guidance to Grounds staff that have been assigned to assist with event setup and teardown.

Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager at Serán is critical to orchestrating routine maintenance, scheduled upgrades, and construction projects with limited disruption to business operations or production.

Pool Maintenance Supervisor

The duties of a Pool Maintenance Supervisor are to install, service, and repair swimming pool equipment, such as water filters, pumps, and water systems.
