The Event Services Technician is responsible for assisting with the floor operations, including setup, strike, and operation of technology solutions in a hotel or hospitality environment with a focus on delivering unmatched customer service to our guests and clients.
This is a professional full time position providing event coordination for the Oregon High Desert Classics, Bowl for Kids Sake, and Comedy for Kids Sake.
The majority of the role is dedicated to philanthropic efforts, community engagement, and events, while roughly a third of the role supports marketing, communications, and administration.
The Event Planner is a key liaison for creating exceptional experiences, ensuring every detail of an event is planned and executed seamlessly.
This position requires strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
