Concerts, Premium Sales and Service Coordinator

Across multiple live music venues, the Premium Seat Sales team is responsible for generating Premium Seat revenue which may include box suites, season tickets, PSLs, some hospitality events and other revenue-generating programs as added to portfolio of menu items to sell.

Team Lead

Monitor the standard of maintenance and operational delivery to ensure standards are maintained at all times.

Theater Assistant Assistant Manager

The primary responsibility is to help oversee all theater operations under the guidance of the Assistant Manager and the Head Manager.  This position is expected to be able to perform the responsibilities of each other non-management theater position and perform all opening and closing duties of the theater. 

Assistant Manager

The full-time Assistant Manager is a full-time hourly employee whose primary function is the operation and supervision of a theatre and its employees, and to act as a representative to Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies.

Ticketing Manager

Ticketing Managers are responsible for setting up the box office, checking patrons in, processing credit card orders, handling cash sales, completing box office reports, and above all providing excellent customer service.

Seasonal Brand Coordinator

This position will play a key role in the management of venue client sponsorships, programs, and activities. They will be directly involved in maximizing the value of client relationships and performance of client’s marketing programs with a focus on in venue activation elements and day of show fulfillment.

Premium Seat Sales Coordinator

Across multiple live music venues, Premium Seat Sales team is responsible for generating Premium Seat revenue which may include box suites, season tickets, PSLs, some hospitality events and other revenue-generating programs as added to portfolio of menu items to sell. Packages and inventory will be specific to assigned venue(s).
