Accounting and Title Clerk

Volvo Cars of Bend, a subsidiary of Time Auto Group, is looking for an Accounting and Title Clerk to join our team!

Compensation:

$20-$21 per hour, DOE

Schedule:

 Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Responsibilities

include but not limited to:

• Enter and pay vendor invoices and other Accounting duties.
• Reconcile receivables.
• DMV processing – title work.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Title, DMV, DealerTrack and Accounting experience helpful but not required.
• Detail oriented, organized, experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
