Think Wild is hiring a Facilities and Property Coordinator to maintain and improve the safety, functionality, and appearance of our wildlife hospital and conservation campus in Bend, Oregon. This hands-on role involves facilities maintenance, minor construction, landscaping, trash and recycling, vehicle upkeep, supply restocking, and occasional errands.

The ideal candidate is organized, handy with tools, experienced in maintenance or property work, and enthusiastic about wildlife and habitat stewardship.

This hourly position offers 20–40 hours/week with flexible scheduling and pay starting at $22–$26/hour DOE, mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and paid sick time.
