The Revenue Manager (RM) is the analytical and implementation support for strategic initiatives throughout Sunriver, with a focus on driving improved top line revenues. The position supports the Performance Optimization Manager by producing detailed and accurate reports to help maximize revenue and by providing analysis and strategic recommendations on resort wide revenue generating initiatives. The RM leverages all available data sources to provide key insight on resort wide performance and assists with implementation of new processes, reports, and systems. 

The Revenue Manager will provide analytical support and implementation in the areas of pricing, distribution, revenue optimization, e-marketing, reservations sales, analysis, evaluation and resources necessary to achieve the resort’s top-line revenue objectives.

The Revenue Manager shall always strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice! 


  • Work jointly with the Performance Optimization Manager and property ROC team to analyze findings of daily metrics to implement a results-driven action plan.
  • Partner with the Performance Optimization Manager to ensure ancillary revenue objectives are being met.
  • Attend weekly ROC and AROC meetings
  • Prepare and maintain all daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, and property established standards, including pace reports and MK reports.
  • Conduct ongoing pricing analysis of resort outlets; work with the Performance Optimization Manager to set pricing and outlet optimization strategies.
  • Proactively develop opportunities for revenue performance improvement across the property.
  • Understand the hotel’s defined competitive market and defined comp sets and their relevance to each hotel/resort based on current/future market conditions and industry changes and fluctuations. First-hand knowledge and periodic physical inspection of competitive set properties is encouraged.
  • Upload data to STR on a weekly basis and share insights from the weekly and monthly reports on occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
  • Assist in pricing strategy for both the hotel and vacation rentals


  • 1+ years performance based management experience
  • 2+ years hospitality sales or operations experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • SQL and PowerBI experience preferred
