The Reservations Sales Supervisor is expected to support Reservations Leadership, in daily operations of Reservations Sales and Guest Service Coordinators to provide optimal revenue generation and customer service in performance. This position is responsible for maintaining knowledge on all responsibilities of Reservations Sales Agent and Guest Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities
- Acts as Manager on Duty for the Reservations Department
- Assists in training of all new associates: Resort Information, Kennedy Training Network, Software Training, etc.
- Performs all job functions of a Reservations Sales Agent and Guest Service Coordinator
- Assists Reservations Team, Front Office and Leadership resolve guest problems
- Assists Reservations leadership in coaching and development of Reservations teams
- Oversees completion of the Reservation and Guest Service Daily Checklists
- Answers incoming guests call professionally
- Books reservations for guests, ensuring accuracy in reservations
- Assists guests with all requests, including booking of golf tee times and inputting work orders and housekeeping requests
- Assists the team obtain a low percentage of call abandonment on monthly basis
- Makes decision on VIP status and communicates appropriately
- Maintains strong communications with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell service and Property Management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years supervisory experience required
- 2 years of hospitality or equivalent experience required
- At least one-year customer service experience required
- Must have excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
