The Construction Field Administrator provides administrative and operational support to construction project teams. This role ensures that project documentation, compliance, scheduling, and communication are efficiently managed to support smooth field operations. The administrator works closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain organization and accuracy in project documentation and reporting. This includes compliance with Certified Payroll, providing Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) tracking, assisting with Badging, and support Business Development initiatives.

Field Administrator Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related administrative experience
• High School Diploma required
