$2000.00 Sign On Bonus We are searching for a Part-Time Weekend Home Health/Hospice RN to join our team! Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm You will coordinate, implement, and evaluate hospice and home care services for our patients. If you are passionate about building from the resources of the organization and community to provide services to meet the healthcare needs of individuals and families within their homes, Partners In Care is the place for you. The weekend RN provides quality patient and family centered care as a member of the health care team in accordance with PIC mission, philosophy, policies, and procedures.  Applies standards for professional nursing practice and focuses home health and hospice care to enhance the experience for patients outside of business hours.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the State of Oregon.

Experience:

1-2 years of recent medical/surgical care experience in an institutional setting.  Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of home health or hospice experience.

Licenses/Certificates/Registration:

Oregon State Registered Nurse licensure required. American Heart Association BLS required.  Current automobile insurance required. Valid Oregon driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Additional requirements:

Travel required throughout Partners In Care’s central Oregon area of service coverage including LaPine, Crescent, Christmas Valley, Prineville, Madras, Sisters.
