Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as an Office Administration and Sales Specialist. This role involves a blend of administrative support and sales responsibilities, ensuring smooth office operations and excellent customer service. Ideally the person in this position would have knowledge of the equine and/or manufacturing industry. This can be a full time or part time position, Flexible Hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and services
- Process sales transactions and manage sales documentation
- Maintain and update customer records and databases
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends
- Updating online inventory with descriptions and photos
Office Administration:
- Schedule appointments and service bookings
- Handle office correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or office administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Drive (Word, Excel)
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM,
- Flexible schedule during weekdays- can be full or part time!
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (must be available)
- Holidays off
