Job Title: Human Resource Assistant
Location: Prineville, Oregon On-site (No REMOTE Option)
Job Type: Full-Time Mon-Fri 7-4 pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in human resources. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support, help coordinate HR policies and programs, and assist in daily HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records maintenance, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Admin Leadership
- Maintain employee records (hard and digital copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.)
- Help organize and schedule interviews and onboarding sessions
- Answer employee questions regarding HR and payroll related issues
- Support the recruitment process
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related data and sensitive information
- Assist in updating HR databases and ensure accuracy
Qualifications:
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy
