Are you a bubbly and friendly individual with a passion for animals and top-notch customer service skills? Our busy veterinary clinic in Bend, OR is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and positivity
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
• Handle administrative tasks: filing, data entry, and payment processing
• Maintain accurate patient records and support a smooth client experience
• Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with grace and professionalism
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus—but not required!
