Who we are: In business since 1990. We’re a family-owned company that prides itself on caring about their employees, honesty & integrity. We have our Main Office in the Hillsboro, OR area, and then we have 4 satellite offices: Springfield, Salem, Redmond, and Vancouver.

The list of duties outlined below is the general responsibilities of this position. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned:

  • Prepare proposal packages for estimators
  • Maintain filing system in the contracts and proposals department
  • Audit time cards daily
  • Maintain a weekly spreadsheet of information: man-hours, customer information, updating information when tasks are completed, work with estimators to complete other information as required.
  • Billing invoices in QuickBooks
  • Apply for permits
  • Scheduling inspections
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed: such as filing, photocopying, printing, writing letters, answer phones, other general office tasks as assigned.

  • Holds self-accountable for all actions; Brings a positive attitude every day; Willing to assist others when time allows; Puts team success above own interests
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Reacts well under pressure; Completes work in timely manner.
  • Dependable; Is consistently at work and on time; Able to work some overtime as needed; Takes responsibility for own actions
  • Efficient level knowledge of Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook); knowledge of QuickBooks / ADP helpful; Strong typing skills a must.
  • Education – Minimum high school diploma, able to perform basic math equations.
  • Minimum 2 years in an administrative position.
