As our company grows, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse and facility operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in our supply chain.

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and facility maintenance. This role ensures that all warehouse processes run smoothly, from receiving and storage to order fulfillment and shipping. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and experienced in warehouse management, logistics, and inventory control, with a strong focus on efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Logistics Management:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure proper handling and tracking of inventory through company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with logistics companies and carriers to coordinate timely shipments.
• Manage Hazmat shipments and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.

Inventory & ERP Management:

• Utilize NetSuite ERP to track and manage inventory efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Work with procurement to manage stock levels and anticipate supply needs.
• Ensure that all inventory movements are documented and recorded correctly.

Facility & Security Oversight:

• Manage overall facility maintenance, ensuring the warehouse is operating at peak efficiency.
• Oversee security measures to safeguard inventory and assets.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle and forklift maintenance as required.
• Order and manage facility-related supplies to support smooth operations.

Team Leadership & Training:

• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse employees, promoting high performance and accountability.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and minimize workplace accidents.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring optimal workflow.
• Provide training on lithium battery handling, warehouse best practices, and safety compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP system preferred.
• Hazmat shipping experience and knowledge of relevant regulations preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
• Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
