Product Description:
We produce two distinct products at our facility in Bend. Freeform is a hand-sculpted rock realistic product. The shape is formed in fiberglass and covered in a thick layer of resin, fillers, and sand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the creative process. Plywood Mozaik Volumes are cut on our CnC machine and assembled, shaped, painted and packaged by hand. This role demands a high attention to detail and a real passion for the precise nature of the product. Although you would specialize in one of these products, the ability to move between the two is important.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work as part of the Freeform rock effect fiberglass and/or Wood Volume production team.
- Safely use hand and power tools while performing duties such as sanding, mixing materials, painting, spraying, packing, rolling out material.
- Manufacture parts to meet all quality standards with attention to detail.
- Accurately use a tape measure and other measuring devises to measure all types of materials used in production.
- Follow all PPE requirements.
- Work daily with paint/solvents and other composite materials.
- Keep the shop organized and clean.
- Maintenance of all shop tools and equipment.
Qualifications
The following are “preferred” but not required.
- Hands-on fiberglass experience.
- Basic woodworking skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical information i.e. shop drawings.
- Forklift and/or scissor lift experience
The following are “required”.
- Must be dependable.
- Must be able to lift 70+ lbs.
- Comprehension of basic shop tools and equipment.
- Organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.

Compensation:
$20-$24 an hour DOE
Hours:
4 days, 10hrs
