At Elevate Reading Center, we do more than teach reading—we build confidence, spark joy, and change lives. We’re looking for a cheerful, organized, and people-loving Front Office Manager to be the welcoming face of our center and the steady hand behind the scenes.

What you’ll do:
- Welcome students and families with kindness and professionalism.
- Handle scheduling, phone calls, and emails with clarity and care.
- Keep things tidy and running efficiently (think calendars, files, supplies).
- Manage tuition tracking and basic billing tasks.
- Support our directors and teaching team with daily operations.
- Occasionally fill in for a reading coach (paid training provided).
- Celebrate progress, help problem-solve, and make each family feel seen and supported.
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative or office management experience (bonus if it’s in education or customer service).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with scheduling tools, email, and spreadsheets.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a calm, professional presence.
- Flexible and willing to jump in where needed—including the classroom.
- Passionate about helping kids succeed!
