The assembler/lab technician assembles DENT products until they are completed to acceptance test procedures and routing operations. Functionally test parts for release to customers.

Essential Functions

• Product assembly, test, and verification, and final assembly.
• Record product performance.
• Contributes towards continuous improvement.
• Fault diagnosis and corrective action.
• GI Quality Control inspection.
• Processes Production Orders in ERP system.
• Use of electronic test instruments
• Current transformer phasing
• Use of hand tools
• Shipping, receiving, clean-up and other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in an assembly environment

Job Factors

Standard days of work are Monday through Friday; 40 working hours are expected weekly. Employee’s physical presence at the office work location is required to perform the essential job functions, tasks and responsibilities

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 50 lbs. Hydraulic lifts are available for assistance.
