This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days look the same. Some days, you’re on-site, making sure an event is set up with precision. Other days, you’re in the warehouse, prepping gear, loading trucks, and keeping everything organized.

Summer is go-time—events are nonstop, and the team is moving fast. Winter slows down, but that’s when we reset, maintain equipment, organize inventory, and fine-tune operations.

It’s all part of the rhythm. You like the balance.

That’s why this position pays a $60K salary—because the right person brings results. It’s not just about working events—it’s about executing them with precision, efficiency, and bold confidence.

Your Role

You’re the driving force behind every event we execute. You don’t just set up, deliver, and pack up—you make sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there, and done right.

You won’t be left guessing. You’ll get the training, tools, and support you need to be successful. We know events move fast, and things don’t always go according to plan. That’s why we don’t just hire people to work—we hire people to problem-solve, adapt, and step up when it matters. And when you need backup, we’ve got you.

  • Some days, you’re loading up trucks, setting up tents, and installing lighting.
  • Other days, you’re leading warehouse operations, organizing gear, and maintaining equipment so every event starts with the right tools, in the right place.
  • When things don’t go exactly as planned, you adapt, adjust, and keep things moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

  •  Leading warehouse operations – keeping inventory organized, prepped, and ready for events.
  • Driving pickup trucks with trailers to transport rental equipment to venues.
  • Loading and unloading tables, chairs, staging, and lighting equipment.
  • Setting up and installing event structures, including tents, canopies, and lighting.
  • Making sure everything is where it needs to be, exactly as planned.
  • Communicating with clients and teammates to keep events running smoothly.
  • Following pull lists and checklists to keep track of rental items.
  • Tearing down and packing up event spaces efficiently.
  • Inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining rental equipment.
  • Keeping the warehouse dialed in—because a well-run warehouse means flawless
    events.

You Have

  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record—or the ability to get one.
  • The ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • A willingness to work early mornings, nights, and weekends—unfortunately, events don’t happen on a 9-to-5 schedule.
  • The physical stamina to work long, active days, especially for the summer rush.
  • A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring every setup meets our high standards.
  • A desire to learn new skills—from tent rigging to equipment maintenance, to personal growth.

Technologies We Use:

  • Google Suite – We run everything in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar. You should be comfortable using Google-based tools for scheduling and logistics.
