Centerline Drilling Inc. is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support and optimize our fleet operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our fleet is safe, well-maintained, compliant, and ready to support our projects. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Shop Manager, and multiple departments to coordinate maintenance, track compliance, and manage day-to-day fleet activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Maintenance & Tracking:
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance and repairs based on system alerts and inspection results.
- Maintain detailed service histories and fleet records for all assets.
- Manage fleet inventory across tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure regulatory certifications, vehicle registrations, and permits are current and accurate.
- Prepare and submit required reports, including fuel tax filings, mileage reports, and other compliance documentation.
- Monitor driver safety and compliance using fleet tracking tools.
Administrative Support:
- Oversee contracts for vehicle rentals, hired hauls, and vendor services.
- Manage fuel cards, fleet insurance, rental agreements, and fleet documentation.
- Maintain and update internal records, spreadsheets, and tracking logs.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings and communicate fleet updates regularly.
Driver & Dispatch Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate truck drivers to ensure timely project support.
- Arrange hired haul services as needed and prepare related estimates and invoices.
General Fleet Management:
- Conduct internal fleet appraisals and review fleet-related expenses and invoices.
- Provide fleet-related reports and daily updates to management.
- Support emergency fleet needs and respond to urgent issues after hours as required.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and fleet reference materials.

- Proficient in spreadsheet management and data entry (Excel).
