“`Requirements:“` – Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

– Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices and experienced in conducting legal research using Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis

– Proficient in legal drafting and writing skills and ability to litigate cases effectively in court

– Excellent negotiation and communication skills while being detail-oriented and possessing strong analytical abilities

– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

– Prior experience in a legal administrative role is a plus
